• Hold both the code and device steady.
• Tilt slightly to move glare away from glossy surfaces.
• Choose image upload if the camera cannot focus on a small code.

Permission and Browser Requirements

Camera access requires HTTPS on deployed websites and explicit user permission. If access is denied, update the site permission in your browser or use the upload option. No app installation or account is required, and the live frames are analyzed locally rather than streamed to our server.
