About QR Code Decoder

QR Code Decoder provides free browser-based tools for scanning, decoding, and creating QR codes and barcodes. Our goal is to make common QR and barcode tasks simple, fast, and accessible without requiring an account or installing additional software.

What We Do

Our tools can decode QR codes from images and screenshots, scan codes with your device camera, read common QR content such as URLs, Wi-Fi networks, contacts, email, SMS, locations, and calendar events, and create custom QR codes with colors, styles, logos, and downloadable formats.

Privacy by Design

Privacy is an important part of how our tools are designed. QR code images, screenshots, QR content, and uploaded logos are processed locally in your browser whenever supported by the tool. They are not uploaded to a QR code processing service.

We use analytics to understand general website usage and improve the site, but QR code contents, uploaded images, and logo files are not included in analytics events.

We focus on practical tools with clear interfaces, useful results, and minimal unnecessary steps. Features are tested across modern desktop and mobile browsers, and we continue to improve the site based on technical testing and user feedback.
